Your luggage is lost or damaged?
In case of lost luggage, you need to go to Lost & Found SAGA Office located inside the customs area, before the exit of the baggage claim zone; if that office is unattended, go to the check-in ticket office zone inside departure area and SAGA personnel will fill up the P.I.R. form (Property Irregularity Report) with a phone number useful for the following up. In case your baggage is still lost after 5 days, please refer directly to your airline.
