In compliance with 261/2004 and 1107/2006 regulations, complaint management meets ISO requirements: each one gets a reply within 10 days from the date of receipt, after a technical analysis with competent officers. Moreover, complaints are chances for fixing and improving all processes inside the airport. Send suggestions or complaints by:
